Creative Video Specialist
Job Description
• Proven experience editing video ads, ideally for direct response or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of Meta ad formats, specs, and best practices
• Ability to build and optimize hooks that capture attention immediately
• Skilled in text placement, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
• Eye for pacing, rhythm, and flow that drives watch time and conversions
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing tools
• Quick turnaround time with attention to detail
Bonus Points
• Experience using AI-powered editing or creative tools (e.G. CapCut AI, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Background in performance marketing or working alongside media buyers
• Understanding of creative testing frameworks
