Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Edit and produce short-form videos for social media platforms using advanced editing techniques such as J-cuts, jump cuts, match cuts, and keyframing.
• Clip Sourcing and Integration: Search for high-quality video clips from the internet and integrate them seamlessly into the final video product, ensuring all sourced clips align with brand guidelines.
• Storytelling and Emotional Impact: Edit video content to convey a clear narrative and evoke specific emotions in the viewer, tailored to the brand's voice.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align video content with broader brand goals.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing, with a strong focus on short-form content creation for social media.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Expertise in advanced editing techniques, including J-cuts, jump cuts, match cuts, and keyframing.
• A personal or professional social media channel with over 10k followers/subscribers demonstrates understanding of audience engagement and growth strategies.
