We are a fast-growing creative first performance marketing agency based in Ahmedabad. We help fast-growing eCommerce and D2C brands create scroll stopping ads that convert and also managing paid media for them.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a creative marketing specialist to join our team where you will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity, master new skills, and be a part of a great team! This is an excellent way to get into a small team moving mountains in the creative agency space.
???? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• You have 2+ years of digital marketing experience in E-commerce (required)
• You understand paid media and the types of content that converts
• You enjoy brainstorming new, creative ad angles and concepts, then bringing them to life
• You are detail-orientated, organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You love all things eCommerce and digital marketing. It’s a topic you geek out on…reading blogs, listening to podcasts & hunting down new strategies you can apply is fun for you
???? WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Plan & oversee the entire creative execution of the ads using a data-driven, test-and-learn approach
• Create scripts & storyboards that combine a variety of storytelling narrative devices including narration, scripted copy, soundbites, video b-rolls and graphics (both direct response & brand)
• Collaborate with creators, designers & editors from pre-production to delivery, including providing feedback on edits, reviewing graphics and on-screen texts.
• Analyse performance data, and use data to create incremental video optimisations that scale
• Collaborate with editors to create video templates & optimisation guides for winning ad formats and iterations of them (including different hooks, structures, elements, lengths, mashups, audio etc.
