Job Title: Creative Lead - Art
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Lead - Art to join our team at Monks.
Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating style proposals, sketches, mockups, and prototypes to kickstart design for products, features, and new campaigns. They will work closely with the Creative Director and the team to ensure designs and processes align with client objectives and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create style proposals, sketches, mockups, and prototypes to initiate design for products, features, and new campaigns.
• Work with the world's most beloved brands to ensure designs are of high quality and meet expectations.
• Oversee the execution of art direction and contribute to improving work by offering new angles, inspiration, best practices, and practical solutions.
• Translate creative/client briefs into comprehensive design briefs.
• Maintain pixel-perfect quality throughout all stages of design.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and team to ensure designs and processes meet client objectives and expectations.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience as a Creative Lead in crafting digital ads and assets.
• Exceptional Photoshop skills as demonstrated in your portfolio.
• Strong English communication skills for working with clients and colleagues globally.
• Experience with all stages of the design process, from conceptualizing styles to finalizing layouts and rolling out designs across markets and formats.
• Ability to create balanced and beautiful layouts.
• Familiarity with templating and process optimizations.
• Understanding of fundamentals such as typography, interaction design, flow, and storytelling.
• Able to sell designs to colleagues and clients alike, with experience in client presentations.
• Comfortable working in Figma.
