Kraft Concept Marketing Solutions Private Limited is a creative and vibrant marketing agency that offers a myriad of Creative services like 3D Design, Graphic design, Production Shoots, and Video Editing. We believe in driving versatile, innovative, and engaging designs that capture the imagination of our clientele. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Design Visualizer to join our team and help us refine and elevate our creative output.
Position: Creative Lead
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead and manage our design team which includes 3D Designers, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors.
• Guide, train, and mentor the design team, ensuring their skills are continuously developed, and their creative potential is fully utilized.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a cohesive design process across all departments.
• Establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards in line with industry trends.
• Regularly review and critique our design output, to ensure the highest quality and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with project managers and other team leaders to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results on schedule.
• Leverage advanced visualization skills and a deep understanding of social media and direct marketing channels to create compelling creative ideas for the team.
• Conduct thorough research to come up with innovative designs and concepts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Design Lead or similar role; preferably in a marketing and advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise and creativity.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, XD, Firefly, Figma, and the rest of the Adobe Suite.
• Good-to-have knowledge of tools like Blender and Maya.
• Broad understanding of 3D designing, graphic designing, and video editing.
• Ability to visualize and conceptualize ideas.
• High work ethic and adaptability in the ever-evolving world of AI.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
