Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Graphic and motion graphics Designer, based in Jaipur Rajasthan, India. The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, developing branding concepts, designing logos, and working on web design projects. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment and execution of ideas that elevate the brand’s presence across various platforms and campaigns.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Branding
• Experience in Web Design and Logo Design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing concepts
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, on-site team environment
• Familiarity with emerging design trends and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
We are looking for a passionate and creatively sharp Graphic Designer to join Bizsquared.
This is for someone who: loves design, notices details, understands luxury aesthetics and wants to create work beyond templates and trends.
You’ll work on: Luxury Jewellery · Branding · Social Media · Campaigns · Packaging · Visual Identity Systems
We are NOT looking for:
• repetitive Canva-style execution
• trend-copying without thought
• low-effort creative work
We ARE looking for:
• strong visual taste
• typography understanding
• layout sensitivity
• fast execution with detailing
• someone eager to improve every month
• ability to understand luxury & premium positioning
Software:
Adobe Photoshop · Illustrator · InDesign
(After Effects / Premiere Pro is a bonus)
Experience:
1–3 years preferred
Strong portfolio matters more than degrees.
Salary Bracket:
₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month
(Higher for exceptional talent)
Location:
