Qualifications
We require at least 5 years of editing experience, as well as graphic design skills to create eye-catching content, youtube, Instagram posts, paid ads and other marketing materials
Proficiency in English, experience in VFX/animation and ability to work in Adobe suites is essential
Proficiency in creative and editing technologies (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI tools)
Strong creative, artistic and innovative skills
Experience successfully maintaining a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities
Ability to think critically, in the assessment of materials that will help team understand new concepts, procedures and creative ideas
Outstanding organization and administrative accountability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as a team and collaborate with not only the marketing department but other team members within or outside of the organization
Minimum of 5 years Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
Minimum of 5 years of content editing experience for a business organic and paid content
Minimum of 5 years of Graphic design for a business organic and paid content
Minimum of 3 years VFX/animation expertise compatible with Adobe

Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with marketing strategies
Implement VFX/animation to enhance video content
Display exceptional copywriting skills to support marketing initiatives
Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney and HeyGen to streamline content creation processes
Develop innovative marketing ideologies and deploy novel strategies to elevate marketing performance and achieve superior results
