Key Responsibilities
• Create visually stunning and on-trend designs for our extensive western Mens & Women's designer collection
• Develop and present compelling design concepts from silhouettes to swatches, ensuring they align with our brand aesthetic
• Select fabrics, colors, and embellishments for designs, as well as design detailed patterns, showcasing your technical skills
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure seamless execution of designs
• Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends and industry developments to maintain our competitive edge
• Participate in photoshoots, fashion shows, and other brand events, embodying the essence of our brand
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in fashion principles
• At least 2 years of experience in fashion design, showcasing your expertise and ability to deliver high-quality designs
• Proficiency in designing silhouettes and creating patterns, highlighting your technical skills
• Excellent drawing and sketching skills, capturing the essence of your designs
• Strong understanding of textiles, fabrics, and materials, enabling you to make informed design decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, demonstrating your time management and organizational skills
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills, facilitating effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement
Nice to Have
• Experience with 3D design software, enhancing your creative capabilities and efficiency
• Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices, contributing to our commitment to environmental responsibility
