Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid (2 days office visit must) 6 months contractual role for a Creative Designer - E-Learning (Adobe After Effects & Articulate Storylines). The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating and designing engaging e-learning modules, graphics, and visual content that align with client requirements and learning objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with instructional designers, developing visually appealing storyboards, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing designs for various digital platforms.
Qualifications
• Skills in Creative Design, Graphics, and Graphic Design
• Experience in Branding and Web Design
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools
• Strong understanding of e-learning design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Experience in e-learning or education technology is a plus
Skill Set Required
• Develop graphics and animation for eLearning courses based on storyboard provided.
• Develop animated videos using Vyond and/or Adobe After Effects.
• Visually enhance PPT slide decks.
• Create PPT/MS Word templates for clients given the branding guidelines for the client.
• Develop creative contents - flyers, mailers for communication.
• Create infographic contents and templates to deliver awareness messages in simplified view.
• Efficient in using digital tools to create unique product logos and marketing designs as needed.
• Excellent communication skill to articulate messages clearly.
Need 4 to 5 years + experienced profiles who have hands on experience in using tools like: -
• Adobe Photoshop,
• Adobe Illustrator,
• Adobe Flash,
• Adobe Dreamweaver,
• Adobe Sound forge,
• Adobe premiere,
• Adobe After Effects,
• Articulate Studio,
• Lectora,
• 3dxMax (Modeling),
