Job Description
Job Summary : The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective design solutions across various digital and print media.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities :
• Design Creation : Develop and produce high-quality design assets for a range of mediums, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, advertisements, and presentations.
• Brand Development : Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity by ensuring consistency across all design materials.
Develop and refine brand guidelines as needed.
• Concept Development : Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that align with business goals.
• Creative Direction : Lead design projects from concept to completion, including brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and finalizing designs.
Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure high standards.
User Experience (UX) : Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences that are both visually appealing and functional.
Ensure that designs meet usability and accessibility standards.
• Trend Analysis : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies. Apply new techniques and ideas to keep designs fresh and relevant.
• File Management : Organize and maintain design files and assets. Ensure proper documentation and version control for all design projects.
Qualifications :
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience : 5-6 years proven experience as a Creative Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and styles.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in design software such as Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
• Soft Skills :
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Bonus Skills :
• Experience of Events & Exhibitions
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Experience in UX / UI design and wireframing.
