Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Court Clerk located in New Delhi. The Court Clerk will be responsible for managing court records, assisting with court proceedings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of court activities. The Court Clerk will also be involved in organizing court schedules, handling administrative tasks, and facilitating communication between various parties.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of Law and Court Proceedings
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Courts and legal processes
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Proficiency in using office software and technology
• Previous experience in a legal or court setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field
