Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and prepare legal notices and replies.
Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues, including brand protection.
Research and analyze laws and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
Maintain relationships with external lawyers and counsels.
Manage litigations.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree (5 years) in Law.
8-10 years of experience working in a corporate environment, preferably with practical court experience.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of contract law, consumer law, recovery matters, and regulatory compliance.
Understanding of Intellectual Property Rights.
Drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
