This is a full-time on-site role for a Course Instructor at Biznish, located in Gurugram. The Course Instructor will be conducting training sessions, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to students. The Course Instructor will also collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure alignment with learning objectives and facilitate an engaging learning experience.
Qualifications
• Teaching, Training, and Instructional Design skills
• Curriculum Development and Course Delivery experience
• Evaluation and Assessment expertise
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience in adult education or corporate training
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
