Hiring: Coupa Techno-Functional Architect (CCW Focus)
Role:
Application Support Engineer / Coupa Techno-Functional Architect
Experience:
4+ Years
Primary Skill:
Coupa (CCW Coupa Contingent Workforce)
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and implement Coupa CCW solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end Coupa implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Build and manage integrations using REST APIs (JSON/XML), Flat Files, SFTP, and middleware.
• Integrate Coupa with ERP, HR, and Finance applications.
• Configure custom fields, user roles, workflows, dashboards, and security.
• Drive UAT, system testing, release management, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
• Support supplier enablement, punchouts, and cXML integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills
• Strong expertise in Coupa CCW (Contingent Workforce) and Coupa platform architecture.
• Experience with Coupa integrations, REST APIs, JSON/XML, Flat Files, and SFTP.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud security, and data modeling.
• Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Coupa implementations.
Preferred
• Coupa Certifications (Integration Architect/Platform/Module-specific).
• Experience integrating Coupa with ERP and Finance systems.
• Prior consulting experience is an added advantage.
