THE OPPORTUNITY
We're growing! New-Line is currently looking for a full-time Counter Sales & Service Representative to join our Edmonton team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, learning technical skills, and being part of a collaborative and supportive team. No two days are the same in this fast-paced role. You'll work with customers across a wide variety of industries, helping identify product applications, assembling and repairing hose products, and providing industry-leading service that keeps our customers moving.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in industrial parts, inside sales, or counter sales (preferred)
Has experience assembling hoses or working with crimpers, punch lock clamps, or similar equipment (an asset)
Enjoys solving problems and providing exceptional customer service
Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and team members
Learns new software and technology quickly; experience with Sage 300 (Accpac) is an asset
Possesses strong sales skills and can confidently recommend products based on customer needs, specifications, availability, and cost
Is mechanically inclined and enjoys working with their hands
Takes pride in producing quality work and paying close attention to detail
Is passionate about learning and expanding their technical knowledge
Has previous warehouse experience in receiving, shipping, inventory, or related functions (an asset)
Is comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the day
Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Is willing to jump in wherever needed and contribute to the success of the team
