Job Description
Position: Corporate Solicitor 3+ PQE
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor (3+PQE) to join a leading law firm's well-regarded Corporate team in their Manchester office.
This role involves working directly with a portfolio of Private Equity and Corporate clients on M&A, strategic investments, and group development activities, including acquisitions, restructurings, and more.
You will work closely with clients and their internal teams, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of corporate transactions.
Your role will include advising clients on business development strategies and processes while using technology solutions to enhance client services. This position offers both independence and support from senior team members to help you develop your skills, alongside access to comprehensive learning and career progression opportunities.
Key
Skills required:
A collaborative, entrepreneurial Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ years' experience in corporate transactions.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural curiosity about how businesses operate.
The ability to provide commercial advice that aligns with clients' goals.
A commitment to working effectively within teams, supporting less experienced colleagues, and contributing to the team's growth.
