WNY Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is an established corporate travel and MICE company delivering conferences, incentive tours, offsites and events across India and international destinations. From travel and accommodation to event production and on-ground execution, we manage complete, customized solutions for corporate clients.
The Role
We are hiring a Manager – MICE Sales for our Mumbai office.
The role is focused primarily on generating new business—identifying corporate prospects, building decision-maker relationships, understanding event requirements, developing proposals and closing profitable MICE business. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth execution and long-term client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of proven experience in MICE, corporate travel, hospitality or event sales
• Strong corporate network and new-business acquisition skills
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Commercial understanding of proposals, costing and margins
• Target-driven, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Graduate degree preferred
