Job Description
Shift Time: Day Shift (12 pm - + pm IST) ONSITE
Monday - Friday (Saturday and Sunday are fixed off)
Responsibilities
Responsible for finding domestic candidates for all internal positions within company, including US IT Recruiters, HR personnel, Finance, Accounting, Payroll and administrative staff.Design and implement overall recruiting strategyDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsAdvertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)Utilize various talent acquisition strategies to source candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, professional networks etc), LinkedIn, internal database and referralsScreen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processesAssess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes during various hiring stages, including phone callsAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processReport to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positionsMeet or exceed weekly goal expectations
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (any of the following: in-house, corporate, US/UK/APAC staffing, talent acquisition etc)Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitingFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesExceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
