Corporate Receptionist
Job Description
Serves as the initial contact for all visitors to organization. Assists with other clerical duties as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Meets and greets all visitors; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate employee or area.
• Responds to visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
• Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required.
• Prepares and maintains meeting and conference room reservation schedules and calendars.
• Ensures breakroom supplies are adequately available to include but not limited to coffee, beverages, disposables, etc.
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to deal effectively with diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language for use in the workplace.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Minimum Education and Experience
• Associates degree (A.A.), two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of customer service experience within a professional office environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• Proven ability to perform diverse clerical functions within a professional work environment
