We are a fast-growing firm with big ambitions - we have a clear goal to become the premium adviser to the middle market, globally. Make an Impact at RSM UK

At RSM, our consulting team brings together diverse advisory experts to deliver our six core solutions: business transformation, deal services, forensic, restructuring, finance function support, and risk and governance.

Our solutions are designed to address the unique needs, challenges, and opportunities our clients face as they strive to achieve their aspirations and organisational goals. Whether it’s supporting global expansion, developing acquisition strategies, facilitating private equity investments, or collaborating with boards to manage risk and governance, our consulting experts work as one cohesive team. We prioritise simplicity, providing data-driven insights, value-added assurance, and high-quality execution to empower our clients in building sustainable, future-fit businesses.

It’s an exciting time to join our consulting team, as we embark on ambitious growth plans that promise to create diverse career opportunities. We are committed to enhancing our six solutions, expanding and developing our team of expert consultants, embracing a digital-first approach, strengthening our global presence, and building strong client relationships.

We are looking for an Associate to join our Monitoring Trustee Team in London. We are a small, relationship-driven team with a particular focus on overseeing competition remedies required for domestic and cross-border transactions, specifically the monitoring of commitments such as business carve-outs, corporate disposals, and long-term behavioral undertakings. This is a rapidly developing market and we have an extensive track-record of acting on major cases in the UK and internationally. To find out more about our work please visit our website at Monitoring trustee services | RSM UK.

You'll make an impact by:

Working closely with senior professionals in the team, gaining valuable exposure to a broad range of businesses, sectors, and case types.
Contributing to the assessment of detailed remedy measures, collaborating with management teams to ensure issues are appropriately addressed, and reporting to regulators.
Developing your ability to identify business opportunities and deepening your understanding of how competition regulation influences acquisitions and mergers, market investigations, and State Aid cases.

What we are looking for:

Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people? If you can spot inefficiencies in everyday life and are passionate about making improvements, this role is perfect for you!

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. We are seeking ambitious and motivated candidates who:

Are newly qualified accountants or have 1–2 years post-qualification experience.
Have excellent report writing, numerical and analytical skills.
Are proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Are excited to develop their career in a collaborative and high-performing team.
What we can offer you:
