Job Description
The Marketing & Sales Manager at LIVXS is responsible for building the brand’s visibility, managing inbound and referral leads, and making sure no opportunity goes cold. You don’t need to _run_ digital ads, but you’ll supervise marketing partners, manage team efforts, and handle follow-ups that bring great deals. Think of yourself as the person who keeps LIVXS top-of-mind, well-represented, and always closing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Presence
Represent LIVXS across all key Social Media and wedding platforms.
Maintain a clean, premium, and current *digital and physical presence* of the brand—your job is to ensure LIVXS always looks sharp and inline with brand guidelines. .
Work with PR opportunities: get us featured, tagged, or talked about in the right places.
2. Handling Marketing Strategies
Supervise the execution of ongoing ad campaigns by our digital partners—*you approve, guide, and redirect as needed*.
Collaborate with the *Social Media Manager, Designer, and Video Editor* to plan brand-aligned content and promotions.
Coordinate coupon campaigns, festive offers, influencer tie-ups, and cross-promotion ideas.
Keep an eye on performance reports from Meta, Google, and CRM—but focus on actionable insights, not vanity metrics.
3. Sales Conversion
Monitor the full *lead pipeline in Zoho CRM*—from inquiry to deal closure.
Ensure all *lead responses are done within 30 minutes*, and no hot lead gets ignored.
Step in during important pitch calls or high-ticket conversions to help close deals smoothly.
Assist the sales executive in setting the right tone, sending the right follow-up, and maintaining professionalism always.
4. Leads Generation
Actively build *non-ad-based lead funnels* through: *PR activities B2B networking*, Wedding expos, Vendor referrals, Designer/venue tie-ups, Influencer shoutouts and community networks
Identify underused lead sources and pitch new opportunities to CEO/EA for testing.
Track *where quality leads are coming from*, and optimize our time and budget accordingly.
Tap into *wedding vendors, planners, venues, and event expos* for lead pipelines.
5. Team Management
Supervise the day-to-day output of marketing interns, content creators, and the design team.
Approve captions, designs, reels, storyboards, and platform listings before they go live.
Ensure *project trackers on Zoho Projects* are up to date and the team is aligned on weekly tasks.
Schedule weekly review calls to ensure we stay ahead of deadlines, ideas, and engagement goals.
Requirements
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication (spoken + written) with a confident and warm tone
Experience in managing CRM-based sales flows (Zoho preferred)
Great at juggling multiple tasks and managing creative personalities
Strong understanding of the *wedding & lifestyle industry*
Resourceful mindset—can turn a cold contact into a warm lead
Qualifications Preferred
3–5 years in Sales, Marketing, or PR, preferably in weddings, events, or luxury services
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
Strong leadership and people skills—this is a *hands-on manager role*
Should be Gurgaon-based or willing to relocate (on-ground role)
