Job Description
This role involves managing relationships with mid-sized and emerging corporates to drive business growth and meet strategic objectives. As a Corporate Banking Professional, you'll be responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining profitable Medium Enterprise customers while ensuring operational risk and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual financial and non-financial targets by building effective partnerships with Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, Team Managers, Segment Heads, and partners in Risk, Compliance, and Product
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver optimal portfolio return and contribute toward achieving the team's overall target
- Provide innovative approaches to meet client needs and maintain a high standard of personal conduct, living our valued behaviours
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in serving Business, Commercial, and Corporate clients
- Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modelling, and financial statement analysis
- Ability to assess client creditworthiness and provide key risk considerations and mitigations
- Sound product knowledge on trade, cash, lending, and FX
