Role Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
• Achieve bank's objectives in terms of earnings, assets, liabilities, credit quality, etc., as per agreed budgets/targets across all product groups.
Relationship Management
• Seek and acquire new client relationships by understanding financial needs and offering appropriate bank products and services.
• Manage client relationships end-to-end: need identification, advisory, deal structuring, and closure.
• Assess client banking needs and risk profiles to ensure optimal risk-reward balance for the bank.
Communication PR
• Execute brand communication initiatives for designated products.
• Communicate product positioning and differentiation in the market effectively.
Market Research
• Demonstrate understanding of consumers, competitors, and market dynamics using both primary and secondary research.
Credit Appraisal
• Conduct in-depth analysis of income statements, balance sheets, financial ratios, cash flows, management quality, industry outlook, and economic environment.
Documentation Compliance
• Maintain high standards of documentation, process compliance, and client communication on an ongoing basis.
