Job Description
Qualification BE/BTech/ MSC-IT from reputed institute in India Relevant Experience 12+ plus years of experience Functional Competencies Must have worked on any CBS like Flexcube, finacle, FIS etc Exposure on implementation of any CBS system Should have exp in batch operations, EOD, BOD, enviroment maintenence, deployments etc.
Exposure on any middleware technologies like Jboss, WebLogic, IIS etc & exposure in database like Oracle & SQL server would be preferred. Behavioral Competencies Demonstrating effective deliberation Attends to all aspects of work processes and products to assure quality, accuracy and completeness and are dependable, hardworking and accountable. Job Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities Production Support & mentenience of core banking solutions(batch ops/EOD/BOD enviroment maintenence, deployments etc which will involve BAU ops activities, troubleshooting the issues, co-ordination between business team/partners/ OEM, getting the fixes tested into UAT area & movement of those fixes into production.
Ensuring the high availability of system, meeting the audit & compliance requirements & participating in DC DR activities Compliance & Risk Responsibilities Ensure the current practices/business processes comply with company procedures and government regulations. Ensure efficient practices by recommending improvements in processing capability, user interface and security designs. Key Interactions Internal External Business Users Vendors
