About the Role
Alyve Health is looking for a sharp, versatile Copywriting Associate to power our communications across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C touchpoints. You will own the words that connect Alyve with our 500+ corporate clients, their employees, and the broader health-conscious consumer, crafting everything from punchy WhatsApp creatives to in-depth white papers, and from performance ad copy to thought-leadership content on LinkedIn.
If you love switching between the clinical precision of a wellness white paper and the scroll-stopping brevity of a social caption, and you can back creative instincts with data, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communications (B2B)
• Draft and refine copy for all client-facing communication including emails, WhatsApp creatives, newsletters, video scripts, and posters for Alyve Health's 500+ corporate clients.
• Collaborate closely with Growth Managers, Account Managers, and HR teams to gather campaign briefs and ensure content is contextually accurate and on-brand.
• Tailor tone and messaging for different industries, employee demographics, and communication channels.
• Write copy for event collaterals, including brochures, decks, standees, banners, and handouts, for corporate events, on-site health camps, and other activations.
Long-Form & Thought Leadership Content
• Research, draft, and publish blogs, articles, white papers, lite papers, and case studies that establish Alyve Health as a credible voice in corporate wellness.
• Ensure all published content adheres to fact-checking standards and is aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the health sector.
Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns (B2C)
• Write copy across ad formats with emphasis on the craft of stopping a scroll.
• Use Ads Manager as a feedback tool, glance at CTR, CPC, impressions and feed that back into copy.
• Produce copy volume and variety: multiple angles per brief, testing tones and value props, then writing more of what's working.
B2B2C Campaign Strategy & Content Planning
• Develop end-to-end content strategies and editorial calendars for B2B2C campaigns aimed at corporate employees through client channels.
• Work with design and growth teams to ensure creative alignment between copy strategy and visual execution across all formats.
Social Media & Brand Voice (LinkedIn-First)
• Conceptualize and execute Alyve Health's LinkedIn content strategy, including thought-leadership posts, carousel copy, company updates, and engagement-driven content.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social touchpoints, while adapting tone for different content formats and audiences.
• Monitor content performance on LinkedIn and iterate based on engagement data.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related communications role (agency or in-house).
• Proven ability to write across formats, including short-form ad copy, long-form editorial, email, social, scripts with a strong portfolio.
• Strong grasp of brand voice, tone adaptation, and audience-first writing.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously without dropping the ball.
Good to Have
• Experience in the health, wellness, or insurance space.
• A degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field with a genuine interest in health and wellness or a background in healthcare, public health, or life sciences with a clear flair for writing and storytelling.
• Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPL, open rates) and how to use them to improve copy.
• Experience writing for LinkedIn, either for a brand page or personal thought-leadership content.
