Coordinator, Project Management
Job Description
Assist architects, Construction administration team, and project managers with project start up and various administrative tasks.
Serve as a team point of contact, general office/Vendor coordination.
Produce, coordinate, and distribute reports (progress claim and monthly site reports), and general correspondence (upkeeping of change documentation logs, distribution of communication to consultant team, etc).
Administration/support of SharePoint and Autodesk Forma portals for projects.
Collaborate with internal staff to ensure completion of tasks on a timely basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Administration, or relevant experience will be considered an asset
Experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant will be considered an asset
Exposure to working in the field of project management in architecture, engineering consulting or construction management will be considered an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment cloud-based project administration tools; and Adobe Acrobat\
Compensation:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 – $76,200
MB & ON: $52,500 – $72,300
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $52,000 – $69,000

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
