About the role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Coordinator, Construction Projects to join our Facilities & Fleet team based in Broadbeach.
Reporting to the GM, Facilities & Fleet, you will coordinate and support facilities, maintenance, and construction projects across Australia, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently through strong administration, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and contract support.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate construction, maintenance, and facilities projects
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
Maintain project documentation, registers, and reports
Support invoices, payment claims, and cost tracking
Assist with contract administration, compliance, and risk management
Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-up actions
What do you need to be successful in securing this role?
Experience in project coordination, facilities, or construction support
Exposure to construction, maintenance, or building environments (desirable)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills
