Key Responsibilities (vary by experience level):
Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to menu and standards
Execute dishes efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Support inventory, prep work, and kitchen operations
Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver consistent, memorable guest experiences
For senior cooks: assist with mentoring junior staff and supporting kitchen leadership
Prep Cook (Entry-Level):
Passion for food and willingness to learn
Previous kitchen or food service experience is an asset
Line Cook:
1–3 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
Ability to run a station with consistency and efficiency
Solid understanding of cooking techniques and food safety
Experienced Cook (Senior-Level):
3+ years of progressive culinary experience
Advanced cooking skills and ability to manage multiple stations or complex service
Strong leadership abilities with experience supporting or mentoring team members
Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, quality control, and food safety
All candidates should have:

Additional Information:
This position requires full-time relocation to Iqaluit, NU and is not eligible for employer-sponsored work permits. Local and Canadian-based candidates are encouraged to apply.
