Job Description
The role
Propel your legal career by joining our top-tier Melbourne Real Estate team as a Conveyancing Clerk / Legal Executive on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with Partners Alison Kennedy and Jerome Martin, joining a strong team of RE professionals. You will be responsible for managing complex conveyances and other transactions for an unrivalled portfolio of major commercial and government clients.

Key responsibilities
This exciting role will see you:
Interacting with clients and other lawyers on a daily basis
Having full responsibility for the management of files
Preparing sale contracts, leases and related documents
Managing conveyancing processes
Consulting with leading Real Estate lawyers on legal issues
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Real Estate Conveyancing Clerk / Legal Executive in a legal or professional services environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
Strong drafting skills
A strong sense of purpose, ambition and a proactive approach to your work
A desire to work within a dynamic, supportive and fast-paced team environment
