Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year based on experience including superannuation

Conveyed is a conveyancing law firm in Victoria that provides high quality conveyancing services to people buying and selling in VIC, NSW and QLD. We are on the hunt for a new conveyancer team member!



Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Conveyancer. The Conveyancer will be responsible for contract reviews, preparing sale contracts, subdivisions, legal transfer preparation, communication on legal issues and ensuring smooth property settlements for clients who buy and sell in VIC, NSW and QLD.



Qualifications and Skills

Contract review skills across VIC, NSW and QLD
Contract and legal document preparation skills
Strong communication skills
Prepare and lodge subdivisions
Complete solicitor certificates in VIC (ideal)
Understanding of legal issues in conveyancing
Understanding of PEXA, Outlook and Duties Online across VIC, NSW and QLD
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
At least 2-3 years of experience in conveyancing in VIC, NSW and QLD
Ability to work independently, autonomously and remotely
Knowledge of Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland property laws

Attention to detail and organisational skills
Knowledge of Triconvey or Smokeball products (ideal)
Respectful and professional manner
Advanced Office 365 skills
Strong eye for detail
Work as part of a broader remote team
Practicing certificate without restriction or supervision requirement
