Job Description
Drafting and Negotiating: Creating, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors, suppliers, or clients.Compliance and Risk: Ensuring all contract terms comply with legal requirements and company policies, mitigating potential risks.Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire process from contract initiation through execution, compliance monitoring, renewal, or termination.Stakeholder Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for contractual matters, maintaining relationships with stakeholders.Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation and records of all contracts.Performance Monitoring: Ensuring all parties adhere to contract requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
