Requirements:
Proven experience as a Continental Chef in a reputable restaurant or culinary establishment.
In-depth knowledge of Continental cuisine, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles.
A passion for culinary excellence and a creative approach to menu development.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with the kitchen team.
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory.
