As an Order Preparation Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring orders are smoothly prepared for our customers. Join our innovative warehouse in Purfleet, where you will work in a modern facility dedicated to fulfilling customer orders.

We offer various work areas and shift options to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will receive your work schedule 6 - 13 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan quality time with your loved ones.

Available roles include:
• Despatch: Load individual totes into frames for our delivery vans and sort totes returning to the warehouse. This is a physically demanding role, perfect for those who enjoy staying active!
• Pick: Accurately pick and pack customer orders into shopping totes. This process requires careful handling, with some assistance from our robots!
• Inbound: Receive goods from suppliers and organize them into totes, ready for our robots and pickers.
• Freezer: Pick and pack frozen items for orders within a large freezer environment. Full gear is provided as temperatures can reach -25 degrees. If you love working in the cold, this could be the perfect fit!

Shift times:
• Days Pick/Freezer - 06:00 - 16:00 - 4 days
• Nights Pick/Freezer - 18:00 - 06:00 - 4 nights
• Days Despatch - 06:00 - 17:00 - 4 days
• Nights Despatch - 18:00 - 06:00 - 4 nights
• Days Inbound - 06:00 - 16:00 - 4 days
• Nights Inbound - 18:00 - 06:00 - 4 nights

What do we offer?
• Salary: Starting rate of £11.87 per hour
• Night shift premium (midnight - 6am) - an additional £2.+4 per hour
• Freezer premium - an extra £1.10 per hour
• Overtime paid at a basic rate of x 1.25
