Job Title: Continental Chef (CDP Level)

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating creative and innovative continental cuisine.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to recipes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage kitchen equipment.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role at the CDP level.
In-depth knowledge of continental cuisine, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Culinary degree or relevant certification.
Experience in menu development and inventory management.
