The ideal candidate should have experience in continental cuisine and be capable of preparing high-quality pizzas, pasta, burgers, and other café-style dishes. Key Responsibilities - Prepare authentic Neapolitan pizzas using traditional techniques. - Operate and manage wood-fired pizza ovens. - Prepare continental dishes including pasta, burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers. - Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation. - Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. - Manage inventory and minimize food wastage. - Assist in menu development and innovation. Requirements - 2+ years of experience as a Continental Chef. - Expertise in Neapolitan pizza making and wood-fired oven operations. - Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, stretching, and baking techniques. - Experience in preparing pasta, burgers, and other continental cuisine. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. - Willingness to relocate to Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.
