About the Role
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and growing CaliArtia’s digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, and other platforms. You will shape our brand voice in the advertising and creative space while driving engagement and visibility.
This role reports directly to the Head of Technology, Sales, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality original content including Reels, Shorts, Carousels, Videos, Stories, and Threads tailored to different social platforms.
Manage complete social media operations: content strategy, planning calendar, scheduling, community management, and daily posting.
Develop engaging scripts, captions, hashtags, and visual concepts that highlight our advertising expertise and creative services.
Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and optimize content strategies using platform analytics tools.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and creator tools relevant to the Indian market.
Collaborate with the internal team on campaigns, client showcases, and thought leadership content.
Contribute to positioning CaliArtia as a creative leader in advertising and market research.
Requirements
2–6 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Content Specialist (experience in advertising, marketing agencies, or creative industries preferred). Freshers can also apply if you have good content and talent.
Strong portfolio showcasing original content (especially short-form videos/Reels) with measurable results in engagement or growth.
Excellent command over English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus for better audience connect in Pune/Mumbai.
Hands-on proficiency with content tools: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and social media management platforms.
Good understanding of social media algorithms, Indian audience behavior, and digital advertising trends.
Creative storytelling skills with a sharp eye for visuals and branding.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
Willingness to be based in or commute between Mumbai and Pune as required.
