Dhrasti Method Ltd

Job Description

About Dhrasti Method Ltd

Dhrasti Method Ltd is a growing personal-development and human-experience company founded by Pratiqk Jaani.

Through courses, talks, digital content, live workshops and immersive experiences, Dhrasti helps people understand how conditioning influences their thoughts, emotions, internal state and reactions, and how they can participate in life with greater awareness and wholeness.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and dependable person to join us as a Part-Time Content, Partnerships & Operations Coordinator.

This is a varied, hands-on position for someone who enjoys bringing structure to creative ideas, managing several workstreams and ensuring that agreed actions are completed accurately and on time.

The role is office-based in Wembley, North West London, for 25 hours per week across three agreed working days.

The role

You will work directly with founder Pratiqk Jaani and support the consistent delivery and growth of Dhrasti across social media, content, partnerships, events, online courses and participant communication.

This is not purely a social-media role. It combines content coordination, relationship management, outreach, administration and digital operations.

Main responsibilities

Social media and content coordination

Maintain the weekly and monthly content calendar.
Publish approved content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Prepare, adapt and proofread captions using approved Dhrasti language.
Post relevant approved content in appropriate Facebook groups and online communities while respecting each group’s rules.
Coordinate short videos, reels, captions, subtitles, thumbnails and visual assets.
Organise content files and ensure approved content is published consistently.
Respond to routine comments and messages and refer important enquiries to Pratiqk.
Repurpose talks, podcasts, course recordings and other Dhrasti material into suitable digital content.
Coordinate with video editors, designers, photographers and other content suppliers where required.
Partnerships, podcasts and speaking opportunities

Research suitable podcasts, publications, newsletters, speaking opportunities, organisations and strategic partners.
Prepare personalised outreach messages and follow up professionally.
Maintain an accurate tracker of contacts, responses, deadlines and next actions.
Coordinate biographies, photographs, programme information, links and briefing documents.
Assist with arrangements for interviews, guest articles, speaking appearances and partnerships.
Ensure outreach is relevant, personalised and professionally managed rather than based on generic mass communication.
Events and programme support

Support the coordination and promotion of Dhrasti talks, workshops and immersive experiences.
Maintain enquiry, guest and attendee information.
Communicate practical event information and reminders.
Coordinate with venues, photographers, videographers and other suppliers where required.
Support invitations, registrations, event follow-up, feedback and testimonial collection.
Ensure relevant contacts and enquiries are properly recorded and followed up.
Course and digital-platform operations

Assist with uploading course lessons, videos, transcripts, captions and downloadable resources.
Check lesson titles, descriptions, links and participant journeys.
Test course pages, registration links and participant communications.
Support participants with routine questions and practical information.
Identify technical or customer-experience issues and coordinate their resolution.
Help maintain Dhrasti’s digital content, course library and member resources as the platform develops.
CRM, administration and follow-up

Maintain accurate contact and activity records in HubSpot or other agreed systems.
Categorise leads, participants, partners and other contacts appropriately.
Support email campaigns, newsletters and follow-up communication.
Maintain action lists, calendars, shared folders and project trackers.
Coordinate agreed meetings, deadlines and outstanding actions.
Ensure important communications and opportunities are followed up on time.
Prepare a concise weekly report covering completed work, responses, opportunities, outstanding decisions and priorities for the following week.
About you

You will be:

Highly organised, dependable and attentive to detail.
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of agreed tasks.
A confident and professional written communicator.
Comfortable using social-media platforms and digital tools.
Able to manage several priorities without losing track of deadlines or follow-ups.
Capable of working independently while understanding when approval is required.
Careful with spelling, presentation, tone and brand consistency.
Comfortable communicating with professionals, partners, suppliers and members of the public.
Respectful of confidential and sensitive information.
Interested in personal development, human behaviour, wellbeing or purpose-led work.
Willing to work from our Wembley office for three agreed days per week.
Experience

Relevant experience may have been gained in one or more of the following areas:

Content or social-media coordination
Marketing communications
Partnerships or outreach
Events
Podcast or media coordination
Project administration
CRM or email marketing
Online-course or digital-platform operations
You do not need to be an expert in every area. However, you should be able to demonstrate strong organisation, clear communication, digital confidence and reliable follow-through.

Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, email-marketing platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office or AI-assisted content tools would be useful.

Working arrangement

Part-time
25 hours per week
Normally worked across three agreed days
Office-based in Wembley, North West London
Exact working days to be agreed
Some flexibility may occasionally be required around events, workshops, filming days or programme launches
Salary

£23,000–£25,500 per annum for 25 hours per week, depending on experience.

This is equivalent to approximately £34,000–£38,000 per annum on a full-time basis, pro rata, based on a 37.5-hour working week.

How to apply

Please submit:
