HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
In this role, you will work alongside the marketing team to execute organic and paid content campaigns and help manage organic content ideation, creation, and publishing across social media. You will also support the team in creator content briefing, owned channel management, reviewing content performance, and working with our digital team to supply ad creatives. Your work will help support the wider marketing team in achieving their goals and driving brand growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will support marketing team with day-to-day operations across key activities, including Organic content ideation & research, creating and publishing content for social media (TikTok, Instagram & Facebook), Influencer content briefing & monitoring UGC, own channel management, reviewing content performance & actioning insights and briefing new content to the creative team.
You will also be excited to suggest content ideas across brand channels that align with the overarching platform and global content strategy
You will support the marketing team to execute organic and paid content campaigns
You will be supporting competitor and audience research to inform future strategic decisions, and support in the reporting of content performance, to assist in team decision-making
You will collaborate and work cross-functionally with the wider brand marketing, content and creative teams to cross-pollinate learnings and provide support as needed
Inventory management of marketing collateral and photoshoot support as well as other ad hoc tasks as required to support the wider team
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
You have 1-2 years of content or social media experience
You have relevant marketing field experiences especially in content, creatives, marketing campaigns and copy writing
Tertiary Degree in Marketing or any equivalent practice
You are passionate about creating social media content
You have experience creating short-form TikTok videos and co-ordinating Instagram content plans.
You are passionate and savvy with social media platforms and pop culture trends.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills
You have the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and stay focused in a dynamic and changing environment
You are excited to apply creative yet analytical thinking to social & digital content. and You are able to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Genuine interest, passion, drive, and a go-getter attitude with hunger to grow, develop and learn with the team
