Content Lead

We are hiring for the role of leading startup based out in Delhi NCR and is Led by Sequoia Capital.
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our services/products.
• Create content for blog and social media posts.
• Create content for online advertising channels.
• Coordinate with marketing team for regular updates on marketing deliverables
• Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
• Ensure allaround consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Create/ update website content as needed.
• Create and manage content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Produce highquality written, graphic and video content for our social media platforms.
• Supervise and manage all social media interactions between consumers and the company managing ORM.
• Collaborate with the category team to develop and execute effective social media campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Partner internal teams to develop and own internal communications.
• Plan and execute the monthly social media and content calendar partnering influencers to drive brand goals.
• Partner with creative agencies to deliver content which is onbrand.
• Being able to drive growth in subscribers, engagement rates and other efficacy metrics for brand
