Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Designer Intern role based in Noida, focused on video and graphic content for KitBit’s digital and offline channels. The intern will support the design and production of short-form videos, motion graphics, and static visuals for social media, websites, marketplaces, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming creative concepts, developing storyboards, editing product and brand videos, and designing graphics that align with KitBit’s visual identity. The intern will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate briefs into engaging content that highlights product features, educational benefits, and brand values. Additional tasks may include organizing digital assets, assisting with content calendars, and adapting content formats for different platforms and audiences.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Content Design and visual storytelling for video and graphics.
Ability to contribute to Content Strategy and align designs with brand and marketing goals.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas clearly.
Research skills to understand audience needs, trends, and best practices in digital content and educational toys.
Basic Content Management abilities, including organizing assets and adapting content across platforms.
Proficiency with design and video tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Media, Communication, Animation, or a related field.
Portfolio or samples showcasing video and graphic work, preferably including social media or product-focused content.
Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn in a fast-growing, creative environment.
