Content Creation Associate
Job Description
Ambrosia Bakery | Delhi (on-site) | Full-time | 2–4 years' experience
About Ambrosia
Ambrosia is on a mission to become India's leading bakery and frozen-dessert brand. We're best known for our ice cream cakes, a category no one else in India owns the way we do, and we're growing fast, at over 50% year on year. Over the next 12 months we're expanding across Delhi NCR, and from there into other metros.
We've just started building our marketing function in-house, which means the person who joins now helps shape the brand at the exact moment it scales. We're an ambitious, fast-moving team with a clear vision and a lot of ground to cover. If you want to help build a category-defining brand rather than maintain an established one, this is a rare moment to get in.
The role
We're looking for a Content Creation Associate to own the creative and visual world of Ambrosia end to end. You'll be the person who defines how we look, sound, and feel across every touchpoint, from a reel on Instagram to the packaging a customer unboxes at home. This is a creative and a strategic role.
You'll shoot, design, and edit, but you'll also decide what we make and why. You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing and the founders, with real ownership and the room to set direction from day one.
This is a build role, not a maintain role, and not a 9-to-5. If you're the kind of person who gets restless without something to grow, who takes an idea and runs before anyone asks, and who wants your fingerprints all over a brand's trajectory as it scales, this is for you. If you're looking for a steady, hand-held role with a fixed brief, this won't be the right fit, and that's okay.
What you'll do
• Develop and own Ambrosia's visual brand and identity across social media, WhatsApp, and ads, so we look consistent, premium, and unmistakably us.
• Create all our content, both static and video. Product shoots, reels, static creatives, and founder-led content that brings the brand's story and people to life. You shoot it and you edit it.
• Write the copy and captions that go with it, in a voice that sounds like Ambrosia and gets people to stop, read, and engage.
• Plan and run the monthly content calendar across social, ad creatives, and WhatsApp, so we're always creating and posting with intent rather than reacting.
• Engage with our online community day to day, responding to comments and DMs and keeping the conversation alive, before handing off to our customer success team where needed, so engagement stays high and nothing slips through.
• Track and report on how our creatives perform, and use that data to sharpen what we make next.
• Help design packaging for new and existing products, using consumer psychology to make everything look more tempting and irresistible on the shelf and in hand.
• Create visuals and creative for the website as and when needed, supporting our D2C growth.
• Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and what's working in the food and lifestyle space, and bring fresh ideas to how we show up.
Who we're looking for
We're growing fast, and this role is for someone who's energized by that, not daunted by it. The person we want takes full ownership, drives their own ideas instead of waiting for briefs, and is genuinely excited to help build a brand and set its trajectory. If the idea of shaping something that's about to scale across the country excites you more than a predictable routine, you'll fit right in.
We're looking for someone who:
• Has 2–4 years creating content for a D2C brand, start-up, or their own audience, and has shaped how a brand looks and feels. If you build content on your own Instagram page, that's a real plus and tells us you live and breathe this.
• Is hands-on and fast with tools like CapCut/Premiere Pro for video and Lightroom/Photoshop/Canva for static — you can go from raw phone or camera footage to a polished, postable reel without outside help.
• Doesn't wait for a shoot day or a videographer — you can pick up a phone or camera, shoot what's in front of you (product, kitchen, team), and turn it into something postable the same week.
• Is comfortable with the basics of photography, lighting, and shoot setup, and knows how to get a great result without needing a full production crew (for high production shoots/campaigns, we can explore getting external help).
• Has a strong eye for premium aesthetics and understands what makes food and lifestyle content stop the scroll.
• Can write well, with a feel for the words that make content land as much as the visuals.
• Is organized enough to run a calendar and analytical enough to learn from what works, not just make pre
