Hands-on experience with Google's GECX suite, specifically Dialogflow CX, Agent Builder, Agent Assist, and Vertex AI.
Programming Languages: Proficient in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Strong working knowledge of foundational Google Cloud services such as Cloud Run, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage.
CCaaS/Telephony Domain: Experience working with contact center architectures, voice integration, or virtual agent deployments.
Experience with LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), advanced prompt engineering
