About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consumer Loan Collateral Specialist I to join our team at Park National Bank. As a key member of our collateral team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of collateral loan data.
Key Tasks:
• Ensure the bank's lien positions on all collateral are properly perfected, maintained, and released in a timely manner.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in incomplete collateral documentation or lien status.
• Make recommendations to management for improved workflow and service to customers.
Education and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
• Notary License.
