Coordinator Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field.2 or more years' experience. Freshers with required skills can apply.Experience as a Coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.Computer literacy is must.Good administrative, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Job Purpose:
Establish active communication and engagement with consultants for planning and reporting on time.Support consulting team with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, email correspondence etc.)Preparing MIS and reports, presentations, MOM, Month end reports, etc. and providing input to senior consulting staff.Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.Support senior staff in customer correspondence, complaints or issues.Helping the consulting team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all consultant have high-quality, up-to-date support material.Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when consultants are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling visits.Trains new employees to make sure they meet various guidelines.
Note: Selected candidates have to sign an employment bond of 2 years from the day of joining.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
