Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead automation strategy, frameworks, and tooling

- Coach teams on automation patterns, test data strategy, and CI/CD integration
- Own end-to-end testing approach, encompassing manual, automated, and exploratory testing
- Drive defect management, traceability, and alignment with enterprise testing standards
- Coordinate test environments, data, and regression suites to support release readiness
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in leading test automation strategy in complex environments
- Hands-on experience with tools like Tosca, Ruby, Postman, and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or Concourse
- Deep understanding of test data management, environment coordination, and release testing practices
- Proven ability to lead quality initiatives within an agile delivery model
