The MD Physician will serve as a cornerstone of clinical excellence of clinics. This role demands a commitment to patient-centered care, diagnostic precision, and collaborative practice. The physician will be responsible for delivering high-quality outpatient services, managing chronic and acute conditions, and contributing to preventive health initiatives.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation
• Diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of medical conditions in accordance with evidence-based protocols
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide preventive care and health education to patients and families
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR)
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and CME programs
• Support telemedicine consultations as needed across clinic locations
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory guidelines

Education
MBBS + MD (General Medicine or Internal Medicine) from a recognized institution
License
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or relevant State Medical Council
Experience
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred, especially in outpatient settings
Skills
Diagnostic acumen, patient communication, EHR proficiency, teamwork
