Job Description
Direct Responsibilities
Associate will be responsible to perform month end reporting, MIS report and Budget and Forecast changes in the Management accounting system.
> Preparing monthly SAP journal entries and loading in SAP
> Preparing and performing various control files and trend check files as required
> Preparing monthly Cost Centre level reports and assisting in any ad hoc queries
> Preparing and loading of Budget and forecast head count, cost and allocation keys data in the management accounting system based on information and instructions received from on shore stake holders from time to time.
> Ensure timely completion of all deliverables with due diligence and accuracy
> Keeping track of activities assigned and emails received from various stakeholders.
> Candidate should have basic accounting and reporting knowledge with good proficiency in Excel.
Functional Area
• Support UK Finance team and ISPL PS UK teams in monthly activities
• posting journals in SAP
• loading of HC and Cost Budget and Forecast
• calculation of allocation keys, performing trend checks
• preparing monthly reports and responding to ad hoc queries
