Construction Skills Trainer Corporate Solution Group is looking for experienced and passionate Construction Skills Trainers to deliver practical and classroom training to construction workers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in the construction industry and the ability to train workers on technical skills, workplace safety, and industry best practices. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct classroom and practical training sessions for construction workers. Deliver training on Masonry, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Bar Bending, Welding, HVAC, Painting, Tile & Marble Installation, and other construction trades. Train workers on Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), PPE usage, Fire Safety, First Aid, Working at Height, and Construction Site Safety. Demonstrate proper use of construction tools, equipment, and machinery. Assess trainee performance through practical and theoretical evaluations. Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and training documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures. Support certification, skill assessments, and placement activities.
