A Dallas, Texas, USA based property management company is hiring few process executives to work from our office in T. Nagar, Chennai to handle its administrative, accounting and back office work. As a process executive you will be performing the following tasks: • Turn on and off utilities such as electricity, water and gas accounts over the phone • Process rental applications • Upload property pictures to various websites such as Zillow, Trulia and Hotpads • Make follow up phone calls • Handle maintenance and work orders • You will answer incoming and outgoing phone calls • Enter bills Experience Needed: • Must have previous international voice process experience • Must have previous BPO experience • Must have excellent verbal and written English knowledge • Previous accounting experience is a plus • We will train you property management related accounting and other tasks • Must start immediately Office Location: Bazullah Road, T.
