Role Description
LAMARQUE is seeking a creative designer to support seasonal collection development for our womenswear division. This role is focused on concept development, silhouette innovation, and elevating our leather and separates categories.
This is not a production or technical role. We are looking for a strong creative mind who can help shape product direction and bring fresh perspective while respecting brand DNA.
Responsibilities
• Assist in developing seasonal creative direction aligned with brand identity
• Generate 15–25 original silhouettes per season
• Propose proportion shifts and category evolution
• Identify hero product opportunities
• Conduct competitive and market analysis
• Participate in design reviews
• Collaborate with technical team for execution handoff
Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in contemporary womenswear
• Proficiency in design tools and software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of proportion, construction, and commercial viability
• Creativity and ability to stay current with fashion trends and forecasts
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Experience in the fashion industry, specifically working with leather and outerwear, is a strong asset
• Degree in Fashion Design
